IT'S RED & SPARKLY

True it's red n sparkly, has glass............... it's a brand new KITCHEN AID for meeeeeee. I think I will name her CANDY, you know because of her color, candy apple red. I am high on a cloud the past few days. When I turn it on it speak to me, it says, "Bake something my darling". yippee. I think I will too, after all we must bond even though she, my "CANDY". She loves me as much as I love her. I know it all seems sick, but the truth is I love to cook and that's that. Some might not understand but when I sit down to eat dinner, you know the one that would cost fifty dollars a plate in fine restaurant?, I will be thanking "Candy" for all of her hard work. And just to really stir up things a bit i just might sit Candy at the other end of the table and just have dinner for two, I will eat her share, really, no joke. They will all say i am crazy but the simple truth is I am, after all I am from the South. We carry lots of nuts. So here it is.................are you ready?

The Fondant Seminar August 29th 2009

Awesome!!!!!!!

Is there anything more I can say?, besides you missed it, sorry but true it was a blast I cant stop talking about it. The demos was precise, the decorators was eager, and the instructor couldn't contain himself. So much information was handed out and given verbally. that might not happen again or maybe all new tips will be shared. What we all liked most was that it felt as if we was right at home in our own kitchen receiving private lessons. If it fell, simple solution, pick it up clean it off or just redo it till you get what you want. We also showed a bit on how to work with a recipe to get your consistency, cool right?, Lots of hands on work, yep we all had to work for 8hrs and believe me there was a lot of work. An assistant was on hand for any extra needed help. how nice was that, I love one on one help. also I guess I should mention the hour lunch, which I thought went very quick an was very much needed cause the second have of the seminar went extremely quick, boy were we busy. but all worth it in the end.

Here is a decorator hard at work making flowers, humm!!!!!

"This is so much more than I expected, but worth it"

"OK the flowers are beautiful, but this part sucks"
