Chef Eric will be teaching tall cake classes this month.
in this 3hr class

You will learn:
Proper cake sizes
Proper techniques when using dowels
Placement of your cakes
How to stack your cakes
&
Finishing touches

Suggestions for your cake project for this class:
Cake Sizes/One layer each 4" high:
10", 8" & 6"
Iced in Butter-Cream or Covered in Fondant  
Your Own Unique Cake Design 
All of Your Pre-Made Decorations
The Proper Cake Boards
Dowels
Box to Take Your Cake Home 
Camera For Pictures of Your Projects
Also Follow Your Wilton Tall Cake Syllabus

Classes will be held on the weekends at Micheals Lancaster 
Times are:
Saturdays- 10am-1pm
Sundays- 10am-1pm
 (Note: Times and days may be added at a later time to this site)
If you have a day & time request  please contact Chef Eric and if there is enough request for that day and time the class can possibly be held.

Classes will be tentatively held the month of February
