Chef Eric will be hosting a demo to promote the Wilton classes that he teaches at Michael's craft stores in the Antelope Valley. Please come out and visit for awhile and see what can be learned in his Wilton classes. Its Fun, Free & Easy.

Chef Eric will explain and answer questions related to techniques taught in Wilton Courses 1 (Decorating Basics), 2 (Flowers & Cake Design) & 3 (Gum Paste & Fondant). Chef will also show a few demonstrations on site. You will also be able to sign-up on-site for his classes at the Lancaster Michael's or if more convenient at the Plamdale store.

Wow this month has given us some outstanding classes. You guys have really made me smile at how fast you are picking up on the techniques. Remember don't critique yourselves too much until you are with me doing your very last cake, that's when it all truly comes together. Until then just practice and let yourselves go with it. Wiltons Tall Cakes Class

Chef Eric held this class this week and needless to say it was fantastic. The decorators had a wonderful experience was taught to in cooperate their own ideas. The cakes shown are the ideas of the individual student. this is also their first cake. As you can see much can be done in a short time frame. This class is only 3 1/2 hour class.Speak to Chef Eric if you are interested in this class or any other classes.

Cake Decorating Classes Start in March 2011

Hi Students and potential students and guest,

Wilton classes should start back in March at my Michael's Craft stores, Lancaster, CA. & Palmdale, CA hopefully a schedule will be posted soon for you to follow. The EW Cake Designs private classes will be posted i hope as well. Spring and summer is coming and learning how to do cakes and cupcakes for your upcoming events is a wonderful way to save lots of money. Classes are fun and easy, you can do more than what you think, I going to show you how.
